THE SOAP DISPENSARY :: VANCOUVER PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHER

In an effort to get back into shooting more environmental portraits I’ve decided to start a series where I give my self max 30 minutes to photograph one of my favorite shops or restaurants. The Soap Dispensary is my first. I love this eco refill shop and love the owner Linh as well – she’s a sweetheart who is full of creative green ideas and always happy to help. So far Colin and I have tried out the refillable unscented shampoo, the unscented liquid laundry detergent, various scrub brushes, a grapefruit dish soap and a handful of other odds and ends. The glass bottle she carries are gorgeous and make for great gift ideas. I’m thinking most of next year’s Christmas gift will be crafted from the goodies here:)  Vancouver portrait photographer, Vancouver portrait photographer, Vancouver portrait photographer, Vancouver portrait photographer

Tanja - Cool! That’s not so far from where I live. :) I should check it out.

KIM + DON { LONSDALE ENGAGEMENT }

When Kim & Don met and started dating they coincidentally were living in the same apartment building in North Vancouver and only when one of them changed the route they walked home form the Seabus did they meet. Talk about meant to be! Tuesday evening I met them in North Vancouver for their Lonsdale engagement session and I got to meet their hilarious pug Winston along. I admit, I seriously thought about emptying my camera bag and stealing him home with me;)

Looking forward to Kim and Don’s backyard wedding in August and their reception and the awesome Vancouver Urban Winery!

Doesn’t this look like it could be Manhattan?
